Over two million tons of urban solid waste end up in rivers and on the beaches of Brazil every year. Our core mission at MIZZ Studios is rooted in sustainability and the environment. We create eco-friendly, long-lasting products using highly sustainable and ethical practices.
We manufacture our products near London, sourcing the best-quality fabrics from recycled and eco-friendly yarns. Agua Sagrada is made entirely from ocean waste and recycled plastic bottles such as ECONYL® regenerated nylon and PET. These fabrics are twice as resistant to oils and lotions, compared to standard fabrics used in swimwear. They don't fade in color over time. Our sustainable fabrics are resistant to pilling and abrasions, ensuring our swimwear pieces withstand the test of time.
With manufacturing based in London, MIZZ diligently oversees each step in the production process. Our team works closely with manufacturers to enforce sustainability and durability standards. Using design techniques such as “random pattern placement”, we use 100% of the materials we produce with zero waste and unused fabrics.
